[Resolved] At 6:01am this morning an issue existed where some AU clients were unable to access NewBook. This was caused by a data centre routing issue which was promptly attended to by data centre technicians and resolved by 6:35am. We apologise for any inconvenience this unscheduled outage may have caused.
